SharePoint Capabilities

Computer Systems Maintenance
- We possess over 30 years of experience managing, teaching, installing, troubleshooting, repairing and fielding a wide variety of C4ISR (Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance) systems, networks, and applications.
- We have an in-depth knowledge of the technology life-cycle for hardware and software.
- We develop and implement an Information Systems Security Plan that enhances confidentiality, integrity and availability of systems resources.
Technology Training
Capable of providing technology training on most hardware and software systems, specifically, Microsoft Office products, including SharePoint and Windows Operating Systems.
We have employees who are certified technology applications instructors who are capable of:
- Educating students through lectures, discussions, visual aids, and other effective teaching methods.
- Teaching Microcomputer Applications including Operating Systems, Microsoft Office 365 (Word, PowerPoint, Access, Excel, Publisher, and OneNote).
- Creating and maintaining a climate that promotes learning, respect, tolerance and peaceful problem solving for all students.
- Executing lesson plans and outlines and effectively covering the material to enhance students’ learning. We also administer various types of assessments (i.e. performance assessments, formal and informal assessments, etc.) to monitor student comprehension.
- Performing various administrative duties such as taking attendance, organizing the classroom, and recording grades.
- Additionally, we teach certification and accreditation process for various systems.
Logistics Support
Our experienced staff provides logistics management, logistics systems management, logistics systems maintenance and modification, life cycle planning and program implementation, and customer support to government agencies throughout the United States and overseas.
Our logistics support includes:
- Logistics management, resourcing and operational to include but not limited to Middle Eastern countries’ cultures, customs, logistics operations, methodologies, and supply chain management functions.
- Warehouse operation, operational mission requirements management, management information, and operational safety.
- Personnel information requirements that include the ability to maintain a flexible organizational structure, define personnel authorizations and requirements, provide for daily accountability, and position requirements.
- Mission Requirement Management to include but is not limited to maintaining daily, weekly, or other periodic operational requirement statistics; this includes logistics operational production levels, and resource expenditures.
- Support the Quality Control reviews and analysis of operational activities and resource allocations.
- Operational Mission information usually derived through integration of established operating systems and processes, which include, but are not limited, to Property Book User System Enhanced (PBUSE), Standard Army Maintenance System – Enhanced (SAMS-E), Logistics Information Warehouse (LIW) system, and Standard Army Retail Supply System (SARSS).
- Capable of providing technical writer for Standard Operating Procedures, policies and white papers.
